KDU College Community Project - Visit to the Orphanage

PENANG, 21th February, 2009 – Student Council of KDU College Penang Campus visited to Pure Lotus Hospice. The orphanage was run by a Buddhist organisation. There are 16 vegetarian children age between 5 – 14 years old.

Even in times of economic uncertainties, the staff and students at KDU College, Penang managed to collect RM 2000 cash and others necessities like story books, clothes, toys etc. from the students.

Among the activities are games and sports. Foods are prepared to the children too.
