Than Thsiang Tze charity

On the 26th April 2009, Student Council helped Than Hsiang Tze temple in a food charity to gather donation for the temple. We reach there at 8am sharp. After gathered all the councils and volunteers, tasks were being distributed by Brother Zhao Kun. Tasks that were distributed to boys are helping most of the charity counter people to move their selling food, utensil to cook and product that they want to sell. While girls were being gather at the hall to wait for other orders. Boy’s works were done after 11am then they proceed to collecting the finished dishes and some were helping cleaning the dishes. Meanwhile girls were asked to helped out most of the counter to promote their product as some moved around to help sell their food as it’s more efficient to wait customer come to us. After everyone had lunch by taking turn, we continue to help until noon, some of the council and members request to go back early so we decided to dismiss after taking picture with all the members that who were participating the charity event. Thou it was dismiss but some of the councils and outsider volunteers still stay back to help the counter as we have confidence we can still boost up the sales if we stay back to help. At last, after helping the particular booth, we were being rewarded with that booth food. We went back after taking picture with the boss and his wife. Basically all of us have fun helping in this charity event. And the rest of us dismiss after the booth decide to end the day as food are all sold.
